Day 267/365 – I loved this curried carrot dip!
I sure did enjoy this curried carrot dip. I made the dip (and the little chapati flat breads pictured) to take to over to Lea and Kathleen’s. Kathleen was grilling out for us that day, and I thought I’d bring a little side dish to contribute a little something to our meal. It was delicious! I can’t wait to go to another potluck or cookout so I can make this dip again.
